Our mobile massage therapists work various hours. Please go on our website or call us on 07942583315.

Before your appointment begins, your massage therapist will take a few minutes to get to know your health history, determine how your body is feeling to you, and discuss what you would like to get out of the session. During this discussion, it is your opportunity to communicate your needs, concerns, and any areas you prefer to have specifically worked with and conversely, the areas you would like the therapist to avoid. If you have never had a massage before, you may discover you like, dislike or need to adjust something during your session. Always be sure to speak up and let the massage therapist know what you need e.g. more pressure, less music, additional draping, warmer room, glass of water.

We recommend you wear your underwear (or possibly disposable panties if required for an oil massage) during the treatment. It is important you feel comfortable. Your modesty will be protected at all times. Your therapist will leave the room while you undress and get settled under towels / blankets, and during your treatment they will only uncover the part of your body they are working on. If you are not comfortable or are unsure what to wear or how much to undress, just ask your therapist, they will be more than happy to advise.

Our massage therapists and yoga teachers are professional and non-judgmental. Some common concerns clients have are having acne or eczema, being overweight, having unshaved legs, thinking they have ugly feet or being self-conscious about scars. You can request that the massage therapist avoid certain areas.

To gain maximum benefit from your treatment, it is advisable to drink plenty of water and avoid alcohol in the hours immediately after treatment. If you have any queries, do not hesitate to ask the therapist / practitioner for advice.

Yes, you can, depending on where you are in your cycle. It is about how comfortable you feel. For example, you might choose a facial instead of a full body massage, which may require you to dress in the disposable knickers. Always feel free to ask the therapist's advice or if they can adapt your treatment. This is your time, so it is important you feel safe and comfortable.

If you would like to receive a treatment from our mobile massage therapist, we need to know whereabouts you live. If you contact us for the first time by text or email, please let us know whereabouts you live so we can check if or when we are available in your area.

If you prefer to use your own towels or sheets, you are welcome to do so.

Our mobile massage therapists have varying size couches and some are bigger than others. If you are not sure and you may be limited in space, check how much space you need when you book. If you are booked for a full body massage, the therapist needs enough room to be able to get around the whole couch.
The approximate full-dimension professional massage table is 195 cm long (without the headrest) and 70 cm wide (without the side armrests).

Our mobile massage therapist brings everything including the massage couch, towels and oils unless the client prefers to use their own towels.

Our treatment times quoted are for the hands on treatment, so the therapist will be at your house longer than the time quoted. For example, if the client is booked for an hour's massage, the therapist is usually at the client's house for an hour and a half. This is good to know when you are fitting in your massage before the school run or other commitments.

Our mobile massage therapists have to follow guidance for close contact working services released by the government to make sure they are covid secure and they have all the necessary safe practices in place. You will need to fill out a Coronavirus Client Declaration Form when you book and prior to every appointment you have. The form must be completed for each appointment. Be prepared for the last minute cancellations from the mobile therapists. Should they feel there is any risk to their clients, they will cancel and re-arrange the appointment. You will be asked to provide your own towels and dispose of any rubbish such as couch roll and anything disposable. This is to reduce the risk of cross contamination. The therapist will be wearing a face shield or a face mask. It is also a requirement that you wear a face mask. If there is a reason why you cannot wear a face mask at the time of booking, please let your therapist know. Your appointment will take longer than normal and although your treatment time will be the same, the therapist will have to be with you a bit longer to thoroughly clean all their equipment before packing away. Expect your therapist to wash their hands more frequently and for longer. The mobile massage therapist is not required to wear gloves, but they will be washing their hands as much as possible and using hand sanitiser. We hope you are fully prepared for any changes now and you will be able to enjoy your treatment in your home soon.
