RELAXATION | PREGNANCY SUPPORT
This tailor-made 1 hour yoga session is designed to guide pregnant clients in a safe and supportive way. It has beneficial effects on blood pressure and stress and it helps to reduce musculoskeletal strain and pain, calm the nervous system, stabilise emotions and promote sleep. This is an excellent preparation for labour.
NOTE: No previous yoga experience needed. Yoga practice is recommended after the first 3 months of pregnancy.
