It’s lovely to practice with Pavlina, she is level headed and grounded, has all the equipment to do the sessions with which is a great help. Sessions are good value for money as you always get more than an hours session. To top it off, the Whitland Memorial Hall is clean, warm and a feel good place to practice ✨️

I attend a weekly yoga class with Pav in Whitland. The classes offer a different focus each week and she manages to teach the differing levels of the class members with great skill and enthusiasm.
I have also just attended a recent yoga and Ayurvedic workshop with Pav.
She taught the class with differing levels very professionally.
She has a fountain of knowledge about Ayurvedic too and I love how she delivers the subject with such enthusiasm, in a way that makes it understandable and inclusive.
She provided the information to us with handouts and/or links with a follow up email, enabling us to continue our learning and research after the session.
