A lot of warm oil is used for the whole body including head, face and feet. The therapist will give you a disposable underwear.
Your hair may be saturated with oil.
It is recommended that you keep the oil in your hair and on your skin for at least 2 to 3 hours after the treatment.
After your treatment drink some warm herbal tea and lots of water to help with dehydration.
Avoid caffeine and alcohol right after the treatment.
Avoid large crowds such as concerts, restaurants, bars and large gatherings after the treatment.
Keep the rest of your day calm.
